AWARD School partners with LIA

Australia to Vegas!

AWARD School has today announced a three-year partnership with Creative LIAisons, a global professional development program funded by London International Awards (LIA).

Running from 2026 to 2028, the alliance will see an annual AWARD School Young Creative Grant awarded to a standout student, who will receive a fully funded scholarship to the Creative LIAisons program in Las Vegas.

The prize provides rare access to leading figures in the international advertising industry. Over five days (27 September – 1 October 2026), the winning student will attend Creative LIAisons at the Encore at Wynn Hotel in Las Vegas, participating in workshops, high-level seminars and industry panels.

Mandie van der Merwe, Chair of AWARD, said: “AWARD School has always existed to create opportunities for emerging creatives and help them realise what is possible.

“This partnership with Creative LIAisons creates a direct pathway from local talent to the global stage, giving one standout creative each year rare access to the people, conversations and standards shaping our industry internationally.

“We’re incredibly proud to partner with LIA over the next three years and continue investing in the next generation of Australian creative talent.”

Through this partnership with AWARD School, emerging Australian creatives will gain rare exposure to world-class thinking, global standards of creativity and the conversations that shape award-winning work.”
